On April 25 at approximately 9:00 PM PST, we will be performing a planned migration of our Atlanta region databases to a new backend system. During this maintenance window, all services in the Atlanta region will be temporarily unavailable, including:
- Incoming and outgoing text messages
- Platform access
- API requests
We estimate the maintenance will take approximately 2 hours to complete. Real-time updates will be provided on this status page throughout the migration. Once the migration is completed all messages received during this time will be processed when the new databases are online.
