Elevated Error Rates - Text Groove Platform and Website

    Resolved

    This incident has been resolved. Text Groove's network security vendor Cloudflare has confirmed a resolution to this issue that was caused by an upstream Google Cloud Platform outage.

    All services have been restored and the platform is functioning as normal.

    We expect a full postmortem to be made available to us in the near future. At that time, Text Groove will post a postmortem of our own once we fully understand the scope and if there is anything our team can do to mitigate this issue in the future.

AT&T has stated that an update will be pushed from their side to resolve this issue.
